Color Space
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Lancier Enterprise is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.
Resolution
All artwork, designs, and images must be provided with a minimum of 350 DPI . Lancier Enterprise is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
Our prepress department checks most artwork files before printing, but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to Lancier Enterprise.
Turnaround Time
Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed, and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and, if a proof was requested, approved for printing. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "Need Artwork" and your printing turnaround time will be reset.
How do I calculate turnaround time?
There are two components to turnaround time. First is production time. This is the time to manufacture your job. The second component is transit time. This is the time for the product to reach you. Transit time varies on shipping method used. Both production time and transit time never include weekends or holidays. The day of ordering is not counted as the first day, i.e. ordering Monday before cut-off with a 3 day turnaround time means the job will be ready to ship on Thursday (Tuesday = Day 1 of Production, Thursday = Day 3 of production). All production times listed on this website are our best estimate. Delays, while rare, may occur due to, but not limited, to the following reasons: equipment malfunction, internet outages, power outages, supplier delays, file problems, computer glitches, etc.

COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING
Hard copy proofs will predict color, design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement - but not ink density. Electronic proofs predict the same, minus color. Since they are not printed, they do not show ink transparency or color shift from RGB to CMYK. The accuracy of each color reproduction of the final printed product is guaranteed to be within 90% of the final proof you approved. Lancier Enterprise is not liable for deviations in ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers.
Application of matt lamination coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Lancier Enterprise is not liable for the final color appearance of a matt lamination product.
RE-ORDERS
Lanicer Enterprise is hereby notifying customers that due to system requirements, all electronic files for job orders will not be kept in our system for more than 30 days after order date. Due to this limitation, we no longer accept re-orders of previously printed jobs. All files need to be re-submitted every time an order is placed. Due to unavoidable variations between printing runs, colors on reorders may not match exactly the colors of previous orders.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Lancier Enterprise makes all attempts to ensure that production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Lancier Enterprise be liable for damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery due to weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the direct control of Lancier Enterprise. Lancier Enterprise is also not to be held liable for delays due to unexpected equipment failure, malfunction, or other technical problems that may occur in the factory printing process.
Lancier Enterprise will only use its own shipping account and will not use customer provided account numbers for any couriers. Please note that we don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Lancier Enterprise will notify the customer and we will reship the package with the corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the reshipment. Customers should double check their shipping address as shipping can be costly.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If a proof was ordered, an order can be cancelled prior to approval, otherwise, once an order is placed, there is no cancellation. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to customer service. If a job is canceled, any labor hours (proof, graphics design, etc.) or administrative fees (credit cards fees, etc.) will be subtracted from your refund.
If an order has been printed, pending shipping, and the customer no longer wants the order, paid shipping fees will be refunded.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to a customer and has no re-sale value, all sales are final. Lancier Enterprise guarantees prints will not be defective in accordance with industry standards. If any defects are discovered in the product, Lancier Enterprise must be notified in writing via email within 5 business days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a replacement, the customer must return the entire portion of defective product in the case where only part of the product is defective, or 100% of the product if the whole lot is defective within 15 days (on their own expense) from the time when the product was delivered. Lancier Enterprise must confirm the defect and will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you. Lancier Enterprise will then reprint and reship the order within 10 business days.
All charges related to expedited printing (rush printing or shipping) are non-refundable - this applies to orders that are returned for any reason. All orders that are being returned must be shipped by customer's own expense.
